- Manufacturers and suppliers, for warranty registration and product support.
- Your electricity distributor and retailer, for connection approvals and metering.
- Government and scheme administrators, agents and auditors where a rebate or certificate is claimed.

- We never sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it for unrelated marketing.
Storage and security
- Records are held in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit, and paper records are kept secure at our office.
- Some service providers store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
- We keep records for as long as required by law and scheme rules — generally at least five to seven years — and then destroy or de-identify them.
Marketing and cookies
- We may contact you about upgrades, rebates and servicing relevant to your system. Every message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
- Our website uses cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working and understand how it's used. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
Access, correction and complaints
